I call this image "Big Brothers Boat" 1/6 plate from the mid 1840's of a
lad and his sister with their favorite toys. I love this image. He looks
totally disgusted with his sister who must have insisted on having her
hand on his paddle boat even though she is holding a great china head
doll that looks like her. She really looks like a brat! Kids even feuded
in the 1840's.
